A city that grew by annexation
Lewisville had an estimated 142,060 residents at the start of 2026, up from 111,822 at the 2020 Census. Older Lewisville bathrooms
In the 1970s and 1980s homes, the hall bath usually has its original tub with a tile surround that has been regrouted more than once, and the master has a small shower with a mortar-bed pan near the end of its life.
