Bathroom remodeling across Dallas County, from Irving to Mesquite
Dallas County is where our service office sits, on Bryan St downtown. Most of our work happens inside the county line, in the city and the suburbs that ring it.

D&T Contractor Services remodels and repairs bathrooms across Dallas County from its Bryan St service office in downtown Dallas. That covers Dallas itself and suburbs such as Irving, Garland, Grand Prairie, Mesquite, Richardson, Carrollton, Coppell and Rowlett, with the same crews, process and phone number answered 24 hours a day.
Bathroom work across Dallas County
Dallas County is the core of our work. The service office on Bryan St puts us close to the older neighborhoods of Dallas and to the first ring of suburbs that grew up around it, so most jobs here start within a short drive of where our crews stage.
The bathrooms vary as much as the housing. Older streets bring tub-and-tile alcoves with galvanized lines behind them; postwar and 1980s suburbs bring builder baths ready for a shower conversion or a new layout; and commercial restrooms in offices and restaurants across the county need work done around business hours.

What the numbers say about Dallas County
Dallas County held an estimated 2,661,397 people in 2025, slightly fewer than the year before, while the counties around it kept growing. A settled county like this means fewer brand-new houses and more existing bathrooms being updated: owners staying put and remodeling the rooms they have rather than moving out to a new build. That is the kind of work most of our Dallas County calls are about.
What we find when Dallas County bathrooms are opened up
In the older parts of the county, the surprises are usually behind the tile: galvanized supply lines narrowed by decades of scale, cast iron drains with thin spots, and mortar-bed showers whose pans gave out years ago and have been leaking slowly into the framing. We price those possibilities in the walkthrough so they are not a shock on demolition day.
In the 1970s and 1980s suburbs the issues are different: fiberglass tub units cracked at the drain, particleboard subfloor swollen around the toilet, and exhaust fans that vent into the attic instead of outside. Almost every house in the county sits on a slab over clay soil, which is why moving a drain means cutting concrete and why we check for slab movement before setting large tile.

Learn moreHow a Dallas County job runs
You call, we talk through the room, and a walkthrough is scheduled from the Bryan St office. Permits come from the city the house sits in, so a Garland bathroom follows Garland's building department and a Richardson bathroom follows Richardson's; we file them when the scope needs them and work the inspections into the schedule.

All of them. That includes Dallas itself, Irving, Garland, Grand Prairie, Mesquite, Richardson, Carrollton, Coppell, Rowlett and the southern suburbs such as DeSoto, Cedar Hill and Duncanville. Call with the address and we will confirm on the first call.
The building department of the city the house is in, not the county. A Garland bathroom follows Garland's rules and a Richardson bathroom follows Richardson's. We file the permit when plumbing, wiring or walls change and book the inspections into the schedule.
Yes. We remodel restrooms in offices, clinics, restaurants and shops across Dallas County, including ADA updates, and we plan the noisy work around your business hours so the space can keep running while we work.
Call any hour and the walkthrough is booked on that first call. For an active leak we focus first on stopping the water and opening the area to dry, then plan the repair or remodel.
Our crews do, scheduled and run from the Bryan St service office in downtown Dallas. The same people who walk the job with you plan the demolition, plumbing, tile and finish work.
