Bathroom remodeling in Frisco: finishing what the builder started
Most of Frisco was built in the last twenty-five years, so the bathrooms work fine; owners call us to make them better.

D&T Contractor Services remodels bathrooms in Frisco from its Dallas service office. Because most Frisco homes are less than twenty-five years old, the work is about upgrades rather than repairs: master baths rebuilt around a walk-in shower, steam showers, heated floors, frameless glass and stone vanity tops.
Frisco bathrooms
Frisco grew from a small town into one of the largest cities in the region within a generation. Neighborhoods like Stonebriar, Starwood and the newer developments to the north were built in the 2000s and 2010s, many with larger master baths finished to a builder's standard.
Those rooms are well built but plain, and the original shower pans in the earliest neighborhoods are now reaching the age where they start to fail. Most Frisco calls are a mix of both: an upgrade, and fixing what the upgrade uncovers.
One of the region's fastest-growing cities
Frisco had an estimated 236,955 residents in July 2025 and added 6,696 people in 2023 alone, one of the five fastest-growing cities in the whole region that year. Growth on that scale means the city is full of homes built within a few years of each other, with similar master baths that owners now want to make their own.
The upgrades that matter most in a newer bathroom
In a newer home, the biggest change usually comes from the shower: replacing a small builder shower and an unused tub with one generous walk-in shower, a bench and a niche. After that come the details owners notice every day, such as frameless glass instead of a framed door, a stone vanity top, better lighting at the mirror, a heated floor and a quieter exhaust fan that actually clears the steam.
Steam showers are a common request in Frisco's larger master baths. They need a sealed enclosure, a sloped ceiling and space for the generator nearby, which we confirm during the walkthrough.
The earliest Frisco neighborhoods, built around 2000, are now old enough that original shower pans and valve cartridges start to fail, so an upgrade there often includes rebuilding the shower base with proper waterproofing rather than just changing the finishes.

If the layout does not suit you, yes. Most Frisco remodels we do are upgrades rather than repairs, and the shower is usually where the money makes the biggest difference.
Often, yes. It needs a sealed enclosure, a sloped ceiling, a spot for the generator and a dedicated circuit. We check all four during the walkthrough.
Usually not for indoor work, but many HOAs have rules on contractor parking, dumpsters and work hours. We follow them.
