About D&T Contractor Services: bathroom work in Dallas, done in the right order
Bathroom remodels, conversions, repairs and commercial restrooms, run from a downtown Dallas service office and a Weatherford head office.
What we do, and what we are careful about
We remodel and repair bathrooms: full and master remodels, tub to shower conversions, walk-in showers, tile, vanities, fixtures, lighting, accessibility work, water damage, and restrooms for offices, clinics, restaurants and apartment properties.
The thing we are most careful about is order. A bathroom fails from behind the tile and under the floor, so we look there first and price what has to be fixed apart from the finishes you choose. It keeps the number you sign from changing after demolition.
How a job runs, from the first call to the last walkthrough
It starts with a call, at any hour. We ask what the room is doing, what you want it to become and what dates matter. Then we walk it: run the shower, check the floor, look at the valve and drain and, where something is suspect, open a small test area.
You get a written scope in two parts, the fixes and the finishes, with the planning ranges behind each where market data exists. Selections are made before demolition so nothing waits on a delivery, and permits are filed whenever plumbing, electrical or walls change.
The work runs in sequence: demo and rough-in, inspection, waterproofing and a flood test, tile, glass, fixtures, paint. At the end we walk the room with you, run every fixture and leave the care notes.
Two offices and one phone number
Our service office is on Bryan St in downtown Dallas, and most of our crews start there. The head office is in Weatherford, west of Fort Worth, and covers the western side of the metro.
Both answer the same number, and both run jobs the same way. See the service area for how our coverage is organized.

The person behind our bathroom guides
Our guides are written and edited by Russell Leach, our bathroom remodeling guides editor. They cover what homeowners in Dallas ask us most: what a remodel costs, how long it takes, when a permit applies and how to tell a retile from a rebuild.
The guides stick to what a homeowner can use before calling anyone, including us.
